PERSONAL & GROUP SESSIONS



Yoga sessions can be personalized or group practices, tailored to your needs, lifestyle and current everyday circumstances.


After discussing what you are seeking to achieve through your practice, your existing experience in yoga and meditation, your needs (physical and mental) and the situation you are in at the given time in your life.  The most suitable practice is designed for you or your group.


The practice is adjusted according to your needs at any given time.


Usually a yoga session includes:

Asana practice, pranayama, meditation and relaxation and/or Yoga Nidra.

Chanting Mantras and Kirtan


If you wish to do your own practice, a set of techniques and practices is also formed, as well as dietary and well-being advice, in accordance with yogic ideals.


Our sessions can be held either online or in person.
