Everyone can benefit from the practice of yoga and meditation.
Yoga is first and foremost a tool for self-realization. Through it's texts and practices it provides us with everything we need to make our way to the knowledge of the Self and our true nature.
It is the path but also the destination since the word yoga itself means union/connection.
And our goal is to re-unite with our pure divine nature far from the temporary illusion of the false self.
As we make our way to discover the one true self which pervades all, through the practices of yoga other useful and beautiful things are coming to us.
A healthy, strong, flexible body, more peace of mind, softness of the heart and stress release.
My name is Penny Leventou and I invite you to get to know the path of yoga, by adding to your life the exercise as well as the observation of the mind and the thought patters or the fluctuations of the mind as mentioned in the yoga texts.
Through your personal work, experience the changes on a physical, mental and emotional level.
Realize that you are whole and perfect just as you are, by knowing that our human nature has imperfections and flaws but the higher Self/True or Divine nature is perfect and complete.
Through your practice recognize that the journey of self-discovery was never really a journey because you are already the Self and you don't need to go anywhere to find it. Just recognize it.
